Nothing Special was recorded with a mix of old friends (Benjamin Lazar-Davis, Will Graefe) and new collaborators (Christian Lee Hutson, Cassandra Jenkins, Dawes drummer Griffin Goldsmith, Death Cab For Cutie pianist Zac Rae).
