Shipping policy

Free Shipping on orders over $79 with Aotearoa New Zealand*

For all other local orders we charge the following:

  • Auckland - $6
  • North Island - $9
  • South Island - $12
  • *There is an extra $6.50 fee to Rural Addresses for orders under $150. Please select the option in the cart.

All orders are sent with 'Authority To Leave', if you would like your order to be sent with a 'Signature Required' please let us know, charges may apply.

We also have a free pick up in store option for those in Auckland. Pick up is from our store at 80 Pitt Street. Please wait to receive an email confirmation that your order is ready to pick up.

Australia:

We have a flat rate of $25 - this is express courier with tracking.

Rest of the World: 

Charges are calculated by weight and location. Simply add your items to your cart, click Checkout, and choose your country to calculate your postage cost. 

All international orders require a contact phone number to be provided.

Shipping delivery times:

New Zealand - 2-3 working days
Australia - 6-10 working days
Rest of the World - 10-14 working days

PLEASE NOTE: Items that are being transferred to our store will have an additional delay that you will be informed about upon creating your order. If the delay is an issue / you need an item before a certain date please contact us at orders@flyingout.co.nz.
