Rumours have been swirling for some time about this very special collaborative project between old friends and heroes of Aotearoa's musical history, and now a full-length Sundae Painters album has been announced. Set to be released on limited edition vinyl through Leather Jacket Records, Sundae Painters sees the coming together of Paul Kean and Kaye Woodward of The Bats, Alec Bathgate of Tall Dwarfs, and marks one of the final musical outings of The Clean's Hamish Kilgour before his tragic passing at the end of last year. It's a driving, hypnotic, and mysterious affair, with first single Sweet Dreams seeing Kilgour repeating the mantra, "May all your dreams be sweet dreams, all your dreams be sweet." - Flying Out
