Gone / Danger

Romare has made some of the most considered and detailed electronic music of the 2010s. On Gone, Romare’s first release in two years, we find some of his most evocative work to date. Clocking in at over eight minutes, it's a spacious yet rhythmic cut, exploratory, but still resolutely focussed on its dancefloor intent. The B-side Danger was imagined as an alternative to Gone, with a slow groove, droning electronic pedal sound and vocal snippet forming the core of the piece.
