Preoccupations have announced their first studio album since 2018’s New Material. The new one, titled Arrangements, arrives on September 9. The record will get released via Flemish Eye in Canada, and the band will self-release it in the rest of the world. The new LP’s lead single is Ricochet.
Lead vocalist and songwriter Matthew Flegel said of the new album in a statement, “The lyrics are pretty conspicuous and self-explanatory on this one, but it’s basically about the world blowing up and no one giving a shit.”
