Milk

Auckland musical polymath Reuben Winter (Totems, Caroles) has shared the long-awaited latest album from his guitar-centric project milk, his first long-player under that name since 2016's issue(s). The new record is milk's first to feature guest artists, with selected tracks showcasing the skills of JY Lee (Yoko-Zuna), Emma Hall-Phillips (Aw B) and Winter's sadly departed friend and collaborator Adison Whitley(David Adison, NIISA), who the collection is dedicated to. Whitley played guitar on latest single 'Sugar Glider'. Milk's self-titled ten track album is a fierce and fearless vision quest through scorched guitars, swirling synths and transcendental melodies, a genre-defying intersection of blissful shoegaze, bone-crunching metal, angular new wave and heartfelt grunge-pop.Undertheradar.co.nz
