Fantasy Food
Giant Swan return with their first new music in almost two years in the form of a club-oriented 5-track EP, Fantasy Food, previewed by 4/4 weirdo techno banger 'RRR+1', all chopped up voices, echoing kicks and k-hole synth lines. This follows on from the Do Not Be Afriad Of Tenderness EP in early 2021, and the self-titled debut album that preceded it.As dark and lacerating as it all might sound, there’s an element of healing put into this EP, achieved through moving to the incessantly hammering rhythms. That is to say: Fantasy Food is built for a physical response, and Giant Swan have brought the heat once again with headbanging, raving, electrifying techno to sink the teeth into.
