Viva La Vida Or Death and All His Friends (Vinyl LP)

Vinyl LP

Coldplay's fourth studio album sees the band emerge from the success of 2005's X&Y with the same hunger that has gained them global success ever since 2000's Parachutes.

Lead single "Violet Hill" contains trademark catchy piano hooks, along with a heavy guitar edge. Chris Martin chose the album title after seeing the phrase, which means "long live life" on a painting by Mexican artist Frida Kahlo, who endured polio, a broken spine, and chronic pain for decades.
