Radio City

Radio City is the second record from the historically unsuccessful rock 'n' roll act Big Star, who have recently risen to revisionist critical acclaim, and were the focus of the 2012 rockumentary 'Nothing Can Hurt Me'. Fronted by Alex Chilton, Andy Hummel and Jody Stephens, 'Radio City' shows off the band's dedication to writing power pop hooks, as well as their affection to the British pop bands like the Kinks, who they most thoroughly tried to be like.
