Founded by MC Black Thought and drummer / producer Questlove, The Roots boast a formidable live band set up that adds a fresh, jazz-tinged flavour to their sound. Now, four of the group's finest records are getting long overdue remasters and reissues. 1995's Do You Want More?!!!??! is getting a 3LP deluxe release with extra tracks, third album Illadelph Halflife is returning as a 2LP, the extraordinary Things Fall Apart will also get a 3LP deluxe issue, and finally 2011's Undun is getting a revisitation at last.
