To mark its first year on air, In The Pits presents an A5 zine celebrating the people, places and stories that make Aotearoa’s independent music scenes thrive. A collaborative labour of love hosted by Rachel Ashby (formerly of the 95bFM Breakfast Show), with Zoë Larsen Cumming, Annabel Kean and Callum Devlin, In The Pits dives into the real workings of our music ecosystems. Across its first year, the series has gone deep with artists, venue owners, promoters, organisers and scene-builders, spotlighting the mahi that keeps gigs happening across the motu.
