Last time Bobby Oroza was in New York El Michels invited him to the studio to cut a tune together. Bobby took this opportunity to take us all on a journey to the existential side of his mind on this gorgeous and ethereal ballad covered in lush guitar notes. Oroza’s voice finds its place perfectly over the track, talking us through the human struggle and still creating that energy that is uniquely his and has become his signature sound.
The B side Hipps is pulled from El Michels Affair’s recently released modern masterpiece Adult Themes. Hipps cuts in with a crushing drum beat and is quickly joined by the unmistakable horn arrangements that Leon has become famous for.
