While their official debut was released in 2002, it was 2004’s Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge that really catapulted My Chemical Romance into emo superstar status, and captured the hearts, minds, and carefully cultivated, asymmetrical fringes of a generation. Now, all the enormous anthems such as I’m Not Ok (I Promise), Helena, and The Ghost Of You have been remixed and remastered for reissue, with four bonus live tracks from a 2005 BBC session and a vinyl etching on the D-side. They do love you! - Flying Out
The entire album has been remixed by Rich Costey and is packaged in brand new artwork. Additionally, four bonus tracks recorded for BBC in 2005 have been included. Three of the bonus tracks are previously unreleased live versions of I'm Not Okay (I Promise), Helena, and The Ghost Of You. The fourth bonus track is a live version of You Know What They Do To Guys Like Us In Prison which was a B-side to limited edition UK CD single of I'm Not Okay (I Promise).
