Show Me the Body return with a new album called Dog Whistle. It is the bands sophomore record and strongest project to date. It was produced by Chris Coady, Show Me The Body, and Gabriel Millman (original drummer and current in-house producer).
Dog Whistle was written in Long Island City, Queens and recorded in Los Angeles, California in the summer of 2018. This album is for those who are no longer with us. It is about coping with the loss of friends, family, and mentors, while building a new community in their wake. This album is personal. It is about and for the disenfranchised youth of this city, of this country, and of this earth. It is for the community and anyone who may find shelter within it. Think a mix of Fugazi and Death Grips but with a Banjo.
