Back in 1975, two years after the death of rhythm guitarist Danny Whitten, Neil Young decided to enlist a new guitarist and reform Crazy Horse, recording the tunes that would make up the album Zuma. The band was also reportedly enjoying a bit of a cocaine carnival at the time, so it makes sense they recorded more tunes than would actually make the final tracklist.
