Australia-via-East London indie rockers Splashh deliver on their easygoing, effortlessly cool sophomore LP, Waiting a Lifetime.
The tracks are woozy, fuzzed out, pure fun; they’re sure to be the soundtrack to the summer for many fans of indie/garage rock. The album sounds fresh, spontaneous, and loose, like this is something the band were born to do. It’s a testament to their songwriting abilities then, that they’ve created some total ear worms that seem to have come together so naturally and easily. Fans of messy, sunny indie will dig this LP.
