Like Splitting the Head From the Body

Initially anchored by the songwriting of Charlotte Forrester, Womb's line up has expanded to incorporate Charlotte's brother Haz and sister Georgette. 

Recorded at The Wine Cellar, Auckland with Arcade Recordings' label head Rohan Evans, the album was then mixed by Charlotte and Thomas Lambert (Sonorous Circle, i.ryoko). These eight tracks of delightful but at times dark shoegaze pop is a natural follow on from their exquisite 2015 debut. While over the last three years the band have played countless New Zealand shows, supported the likes of A Dead Forest Index and performed at The Others Way Festival.

Like Splitting the Head From The Body marks the tenth release on Auckland label Arcade Recordings will be released on flesh pink vinyl and cassette.
